Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Hawaiian Pure Skincare reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. All products are intended for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices exclude shipping, handling, taxes, and duties unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, accurate purchase and payment information, including valid credit card details. By submitting payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the card and agree to pay all charges including applicable taxes and fees.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events are outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are handed to the carrier.

Section 6 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Final sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process:
1. Email us at hawaiianpureskincare@yahoo.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a form to include in your package.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges & Store Credit:
Customers may request an exchange for another product of equal value or receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued electronically and does not expire.

Section 7 - Damages and Issues

Please inspect orders upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos, order number, and details at hawaiianpureskincare@yahoo.com.

We do not cover damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

All website content, product designs, labels, images, logos, and text are the property of Hawaiian Pure Skincare LLC or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Hawaii by a neutral arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You and Hawaiian Pure Skincare LLC waive any right to a jury trial.

You agree that any arbitration or claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or it will be permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. Venue for disputes shall be in Hawaii state or federal courts, except as provided in the Arbitration Agreement.
